What Is TF-TT?

A barcode with a blurred background

Trauma-Focused Tapping Therapy (TF-TT) is a trauma-informed approach that combines meridian-based tapping with emotional processing, body awareness, and cognitive reframing to support nervous system regulation and trauma recovery.

Drawing on Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Energy Psychology, and contemporary trauma principles, TF-TT helps clients process difficult emotions and experiences safely, reducing overwhelm while building resilience, emotional regulation, and lasting wellbeing.

Designed to complement existing therapeutic approaches, TF-TT can be integrated into the practice of counsellors, psychotherapists, psychologists, coaches, and other helping professionals, providing practical, evidence-informed tools to support clients affected by trauma.
